Descriptif du poste

Key actor in customer experience, the CSM knows every aspect of our solution, supports our customer and our culture, acts as the metro liaison for our customers from purchase to daily use, while providing personalized answers, and listening to our customers needs to improve our solution.

To ensure a successful launch of our new innovative solution, and for the account of a major hair care company, we are looking for a CSM who will act as the point of reference for clients who need assistance or information.

Your main missions

  • Participate in the implementation of our customer success strategy,
  • Acquire and maintain an in-depth and technical knowledge,
  • Proactively manage the relationship with our clients,
  • Measure and anticipate customers’ level of satisfaction at any time,
  • Qualify day to day the needs of our customers and put them in perspective with our present and future solutions,
  • Frequently and proactively contact our clients to gather their impressions and needs,
  • Feedback to the teams about customer needs in a structured way, to improve our product and service.

Profil recherché


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual and flexible
  • Passionate about technology and able to communicate technical concepts to clients regardless of their level of technical expertise
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
  • Self-starter, capable of working in an autonomous way
  • Like to learn as you go
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and French is a must
  • Experience in hair care industry, beauty or similar is preferred
