Job Description

Flaminem is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Sales Account Manager to help us expand our revenues beyond France and across Europe. We are a growing start-up software vendor of highly innovative KYC solutions. We need a self-motivated professional with proven experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts in France, Benelux, Switzerland plus UK and Germany.
Your duties will include designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition, in addition to meeting your personal sales objectives on assigned geographies and sectors.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement strategic accounts plans and GTM strategies to reach sales targets.
• Meet your own personal assigned revenue targets.
• Develop monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Manages end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities: identification, qualification, engagement, negotiation and signing
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
• Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
• Assess costs, competition, and our value to identify selling prices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the SAAS/software/consultancy industry selling for large banks and corporations.
• Very good knowledge of the AML/KYC domain, business drivers, solutions landscape, business pains, and the buyers personae.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
• Knowledge of selling both software solutions as well as software services and consultancy projects.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills facing both business unit leaders as well as CIOs and executives.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent French & English. German is a plus.
