In this context, we are currently looking for a Senior Communication Manager to join us and support
our ambition and growth. In this role you will manage the production of all corporate materials as well
as developing global campaigns that position Baracoda as a thought leader in Daily Healthtech;
managing Group level media relations globally.

Descriptif du poste

*Public relations *
Foster and maintain top media relationships to support message pull-through and ownable storytelling for the corporate brand
Act as a media relations expert and leader within the team, working to tell the Baracoda story across a wide array of media verticals (CPG, Beauty, Luxury, Healthtech , Medtech,…)
Secure media attendance and coverage around events and activations to extend reach
Develop media strategies that will be executed both internally and externally through agency partners
Create compelling materials that will support earned coverage conversion across verticals, including press releases, media pitches, spokesperson quotes, key messaging and briefing / background documents

Communication
Production of key corporate publications and content presenting Baracoda’s unique B2B2C business model (corporate case studies and user impact), which include (but are not limited) to annual report, corporate video, corporate presentation, website copy, social media
Develop and manage 360 campaigns in-line with strategic brand priorities, raising Baracoda’s brand awareness across all channels
Create and execute corporate campaigns
Monitor progress, assess against set KPIs and report on campaign performance

Profil recherché

  • Outstanding writing, editing and proof-reading skills – ideally English native. Fluency in French and additional languages (e.g. Chinese) would be a distinct advantage

  • Track record of a) developing and deploying top quality corporate communication materials such as a corporate video and annual report b) designing, project managing and rolling out 360 campaigns internationally, including managing survey data and thought leadership reports

  • Confident producing and adapting content for a broad range of channels, including media materials (press release, op-ed), writing for digital channels (web, blogs and social media), video production, event organisation, whitepapers/reports.

  • Strong media relations experience, PR/communications agency background would be an advantage

  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects effectively, quickly build relationships and work collaboratively with a broad range of international colleagues

  • Experience managing third party suppliers including freelance consultants and creative agencies

  • Fast learner with a flexible, can-do attitude
